Nuova Moda Immobiliare SpA (hereinafter also just "NMI") respects privacy and undertakes to process personal data with the utmost care and in full compliance with the applicable provisions on the subject, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (" GDPR ") and Legislative Decree 196/2003, also updated pursuant to Legislative Decree 101/2018.

This information is intended to inform users of the website www.lapelota.it (hereinafter also "the Site") about the processing of personal data that is carried out by NMI when you browse the Site and / or use the means of communication made available through the same to make contact with the property owner "La Pelota", including the appropriate form on the Site.

This information does not concern (i) the processing of personal data in the context of the means of communication made available through the Site for requests relating to the rental of the property "La Pelota" for the organization of events (including the specific form), whose information can be consulted here; (ii) other sites, pages or online services accessible through the Site.

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

  3. for compliance with legal obligations by NMI, pursuant to art. 6, lett. c), of the GDPR; as well as

  4. for the possible protection of the rights of NMI in court and / or before the competent authorities, pursuant to art. 6, lett. f) of the GDPR.

SUBJECTS WHO HAVE ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

NMI limits access to personal data as much as possible, making them available to its duly authorized personnel who have reason to access it for the performance of their professional duties.

NMI personnel processes personal data in accordance with the provisions imparted to it by NMI and within the limits set by them.

Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties that NMI uses in carrying out its business, including service providers (including IT and management of NMI's real estate assets), consultants and lawyers who assist NMI in the management of any disputes. and requests from the competent Authorities, as well as in the fulfillment of obligations imposed by law.

NMI provides these parties only with the personal data necessary to carry out the agreed tasks.

Depending on the case, the subjects NMI uses to carry out their business process personal data as data processors, according to the instructions given by NMI, or as independent data controllers.

PROCESSING METHOD AND SCOPE OF CIRCULATION OF PERSONAL DATA

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are kept by NMI for a limited period of time and necessary to pursue the purposes of each processing indicated above. At the end of this period of time your personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

The personal data processed in the context of requests for information, also transmitted through the form of the Site to make contact with the owner of the property "La Pelota", are kept by NMI for the time strictly necessary to respond to your requests and then deleted , unless NMI has a legitimate interest in keeping your personal data for a longer time, for example to protect its rights.

YOUR RIGHTS

  4. propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (competent for Italy is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data);

  5. in case of transfer of your personal data to a third country, to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees relating to the transfer pursuant to art. 46 of the GDPR.

  6. object, for reasons connected to a particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest of NMI, provided that NMI's reasons do not prevail to proceed with the processing anyway (for example, for the need to protect the own rights);

  7. be informed of the possible existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling pursuant to art. 22, par. 1 and 4 of the GDPR and, in such cases, obtain significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of this treatment for the data subject.

  8. exercise the right to the portability of your personal data.

Once your request has been received, NMI will process it with the utmost promptness and seriousness in order to facilitate the exercise of your rights, providing you with a response without delay and in any case within one month of receipt of the request. Only in particularly complex cases, the deadline for acknowledging your request may be extended up to two months; in this case NMI will keep you informed on the status of the process of fulfilling your request.
